What is online remote training? How does it work?

You’ll use your computer and telephone to learn. Using advanced software, and with your permission, we'll join your computer remotely.

You will see us moving the mouse on the screen as we walk you through the various actions to learn, step by step, all the while at a pace that you are most comfortable with. We will stop and repeat steps at any time as you wish.

You can end your training session any time.  The software will not remain on your computer, and we cannot re-connect without you re-initiating the call. You remain in complete control.

Why should I train remotely?

No commitment. Learn as little or as much you like and on your schedule. Purchase a one hour session or more, it is all up to you.

We come to you. Virtually of course, no travel on your part, no wasted gasoline, save money and help the environment.

Comfort level. In a classroom course, when you're stuck you must raise your hand, stop the entire class and feel that terrible "I don't get it" feeling. You'll never get that feeling with us because we're here for you, and only you during your session.

Use your computer.
Doesn't it only make sense to learn on a computer that you own or that is in your home? When you suddenly switch from a classroom computer to your personal computer things can get lost in translation. We're human and creatures of habit. Change the environment and sometimes that's enough to throw us off.

Customization. We train you on precisely what you need or want to know. For instance, if you already know how to add attachments to emails then we won't review that. We'll sort of pick up where you left off.
