I was so stuck in the program microsoft word, but you bailed me out! I was trying to add a watermark to one of my documents and could not find it for the life of me! You remoted in my pc with your magic remote software! Wow, and within a few minutes you fixed my toolbar and showed me how to add the watermark. Now I know where to find it the next time. I'm sure this was an easy fix for you, but there was no way that I could have figured that out! Kim, your my new teacher! Your email and phone number are in my outlook address book (thanks for showing me how to add those too.) Your a life saver! If I ever get stuck again, rather than getting frustrated for two hours trying to figure things out I'm just going to pick up the phone and give you a ring instead. Thanks Kim!

Kimberly, just wanted to say thanks for fixing my outlook software! I kept getting these annoying emails, some of them coming in almost 5 times a day! Then you showed me how to "block them". [This is Kimberly and I just want to add a little bit of an explanation to the above post. Amy was hoping to change her job and she really wanted to work in an office environment but she didn't know how to use microsoft word, at all. She could type as she had been using email for some time.
